Can I customize my travel itinerary?

For private cruises, of course you can! We have access to any type of yacht all over Greece and we can organise a day cruise for your group.

I'm already on a trip and need help. What do I do?

If you're a current guest and need immediate assistance, call our 24/7 support line provided in your booking confirmation. For non-urgent issues, you can also reach us through the standard channels

I'm planning a group trip or private charter. Who should I contact?

For groups of 10+ interested in private cruises, corporate events, bachelor parties or weddings, please email info@theonlydaycruises.com with "Group Inquiry" in the subject line. A dedicated coordinator will get back to you with a custom proposal. To help us respond faster, please include: your preferred travel dates, the cruise or destination you're interested in, number of travelers, approximate budget, and any special requests (dietary needs, accessibility, celebrations). The more we know upfront, the better we can tailor our reply.

Can I visit your office in person?

No, unfortunately you cannot. But we can arrange a randez-vous on the yacht you are interested in renting. That way, we can discuss in person everything about your cruise and to see the yacht. If you leave outside Greece, we can arrange a Zoom or Google Meet call.

What's your cancellation and refund policy?

For the scheduled day cruises: Cancellations made 30+ days before departure receive a full refund minus a small processing fee depending on the bank you have used. Between 15–29 days, a partial refund of 50% applies. Within 14 days, the booking is non-refundable, though we'll do our best to reschedule.

For private cruises:
You can either pay online the full ammount or contact us to pay in installments.
The deposit or full payment is not refundable in case of client’s cancellation.
The deposit is refundable in case of bad weather acconding to the port authorities or boat’s damage.
In case of boat's damage, if you agree, we also have the option to give you a similar or upgraded option.
Full payment in case of cancellation one month before embarkation.
